What are the best bets before Budget 2010?

Indian stock markets have touched a new high for the year 2009 and are threatening to breakout on the upside from the recent trading range.

Budget 2010 is round the corner, two months to go. A budget rally will start sometime around the first week of Feb 2010. What are the best shares to invest in before the budget? In my opinion, Education and Infrastructure are good bets and have selected the following:

1. Bharat Electronics Ltd
2. Educomp Solutions
3. Everonn Systems
4. NIIT
5. NIIT Technolgies
6. L & T
7. Suzlon Energy
8. SAIL
9. IDFC

Would love to know the reader’s views.
