Well, your post gives the clear the news of what happened to those two persons.

If I have got it right, this is what happened:
Jack and Jill
Went up the hill
To fetch a pail of water.
Jack fell down
And broke his crown
And Jill came tumbling after.

Scrolling at the bottom of the screen:
